Arno Jon Rissi was born and raised in the mountains of Graubünden, and he is still closely tied to them.
His career took him from banking and finance to public services and administration, and on into healthcare. As a leader for many years, he knows what responsibility means and how to get through difficult situations.
His work in coaching and organisational development grew out of that experience. He works in a clear, direct and solution-focused way.
